On October 25, 2018, at approximately 10:54 p.m., PO Flagumy Valcourt, PO Jose Delgado, and PO Joseph Bautista, of the 67th Precinct, stopped [redacted] in the vicinity of East 45th Street and Linden Boulevard in Brooklyn (Allegation A through C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] ran and the officers ran after him. An unidentified officer allegedly stated to [redacted] "Stop running or I'll shoot" and "Hit the ground or I will shoot" (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
