On October 26, 2018, at approximately 1 AM, in the vicinity of [redacted] in Brooklyn, PO Thomas Macca and PO Stefan Seecharan of the 62nd Precinct stopped [redacted] vehicle (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
