On October 27, 2018, at approximately 4:00 p.m., Police Officer Diane Hopkins and Police Officer Diana Lopez, both of the 78th Precinct, responded to an on-going series of domestic disputes at [redacted] in Brooklyn between [redacted] and her adult daughter, [redacted].
