Summary

On November 15, 2018, at approximately 9:35 a.m., [redacted] was driving his Uber vehicle with a passenger on the Bruckner Expressway, near East 138th Street, in the Bronx. When a vehicle brushed against [redacted] right-hand mirror, [redacted] repeatedly honked to get the driver's attention.
