On December 3, 2018, at approximately 6:30 a.m., Det. Tina Stuart, Det. Edgardo Diaz, and Det. Genaro Barreiro, all from Warrants Section Staten Island, arrived at [redacted]'s home, located at [redacted] in Staten Island. Det. Diaz knocked on an exterior window, allegedly causing damage to it (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority: Property damaged, unsubstantiated). The officers spoke with [redacted] and then, due to Det. Stuart allegedly possessing a bench warrant for [redacted]'s arrest, entered the residence (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority: Entry of Premises, unsubstantiated).
While inside [redacted]'s home, officers spoke with her, and she placed a telephone call to [redacted] and her attorney, [redacted]. During this call, Det.
