Summary

On December 9, 2018, at approximately 3:00 p.m., [redacted] had a dispute with another pedestrian at the intersection of 37th Street and Ditmars Boulevard. [redacted] alerted Police Officers Niklas Locke and Alexandru Boldurvoinescu of the 114th Precinct and told them to arrest the pedestrian. After the officers refused to arrest the pedestrian, [redacted] them both for their shield numbers. PO Boldurvoinescu and PO Locke allegedly refused to provide their shield numbers to [redacted] (Allegations A-B: Abuse of Authority, unsubstantiated).
