On December 8, 2018, at approximately 3:00 a.m. [redacted] was visiting his girlfriend [redacted] at her apartment at [redacted] in Manhattan. [redacted] Is roommate called the police and PO Tamer Sergany and PO Gerard Scparta of the 18th Precinct responded to the apartment. PO Sergany and PO Scparta threatened to arrest [redacted] and [redacted] if they did not leave the apartment (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority - [redacted]) and [redacted] both left the apartment and the officers left.
