On January 4, 2019, at approximately 4:30 p.m., [redacted] was pulled over at Global Gas Station, located at 4931 Van Dam Street in Queens, by PO Bryan Crespo from the 108th Precinct. PO Crespo issued [redacted] four summonses for [redacted] (Board Review 09). After receiving the summonses, [redacted] told PO Crespo, "Officer you never identified yourself." PO Crespo ignored him and did not provide any identifying information to [redacted] (Allegation A, Allegation B- Abuse of Authority, [redacted] recorded the interaction and posted the video on his You Tube page entitled: [redacted].
