On January 2, 2019, at approximately 8:23 a.m., Police Officer Yordani Capellan and Police Officer Gladis Cardenas, both of the 52nd Precinct, responded to 911 calls made by [redacted] and his mother, [redacted] about a dispute they were having, at [redacted] in the Bronx.
