Summary

On December 19, 2018, at approximately 2:30 p.m., [redacted] entered the 101st Precinct stationhouse and informed Police Officer Jardine of the 101st Precinct, who was working as the Telephone/Switchboard (T/S) Operator, that he wished to file a complaint against a police officer. Police Officer Jardine told [redacted] they did not take complaints at the 101st Precinct stationhouse. When [redacted] reiterated that he wanted to file a complaint, Police Officer Tamika Jardine said she would find someone to take it for him. [redacted] waited for approximately 20 minutes before asking if there was another means through which he could file his complaint.
