On January 15, 2019, at approximately 7:30pm, in the vicinity Paul Avenue and West 205th Street in the Bronx, [redacted] was searching for some objects he dropped on the front passenger's side of his parked car, when he was approached by Police Officer Scott Walicki and Police Officer Omar Carrasco-Tatis, both of the 52nd Precinct. PO Walicki and PO Carrasco-Tatis questioned [redacted] (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority-[redacted]).
