Summary

On January 6, 2019, at approximately 9:05 p.m., Police Officer Mohammad Qazi of the 20th Precinct stopped [redacted]'s vehicle for speeding in the vicinity of West End Avenue and West 60th Street, in Manhattan. [redacted], his wife, was the sole passenger in the vehicle. PO Qazi instructed the Mandlers to stay in the vehicle during the stop. During the stop, [redacted] exited the vehicle and approached the police vehicle. PO Qazi threatened to arrest [redacted] (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) returned to her vehicle.
