On Janaury 14, 2019, at approximately 9:49 p.m., [redacted] was in his apartment at [redacted] in Queens. Police Officer Matthew Caulfield, Police Officer William Graham, and Police Officer Peter Leonello of the 110th Precinct came to [redacted] door and knocked on it. [redacted] answered the knocking and partially opened the door to his apartment. After a brief conversation across the threshold of [redacted] apartment, Police Officer Caulfield pushed open the door to [redacted] apartment.
