On January 3, 2019, at approximately 3:45 p.m., [redacted] was arrested and taken back to the 101st Precinct Stationhouse. Once at the stationhouse, [redacted] began to experience his depression and a possible psychiatric episode. Detective Michael Sciame and Detective Brad Fine of the 101st Precinct Detective Squad drove [redacted] to Queens Central Booking, and then back to the 101st Precinct stationhouse.
