On January 29, 2019, at 10:30PM, Police Officer Michael Sidorskiy and Police Officer Eric Cavallo, both assigned to Patrol Borough Brooklyn South Specialized Units, pulled over [redacted]'s vehicle in front of [redacted] in Brooklyn (Allegation A- Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). PO Sidorskiy searched [redacted]'s vehicle (Allegation B- Abuse of Authority: [redacted]).
