On February 6, 2019, at approximately 3:00 p.m., officers from the 120th Precinct and Patrol Borough Staten Island (PBSI) Ferry Unit and possibly officers from other commands responded to a large group of students fighting at the [redacted] in Staten Island. As the officers attempted to disperse the crowd, officers allegedly took [redacted] to the ground and kicked her (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]; Allegation B: Force, [redacted]). Once officers handcuffed [redacted], an officer allegedly told [redacted] "Shut the fuck up" (Allegation C: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
During the incident, PO Eric Johnson of the 120th Precinct and other officer(s) pushed [redacted] to the ground, brought her to a police vehicle, and then handcuffed her (Allegation D: Force, [redacted]; Allegation E: Force, [redacted]).
As the officers were performing crowd control, PO Joseph Innocente of the 120th Precinct pushed [redacted] (Allegation F: Force, [redacted]).
At some point, PO Castaldo discharged pepper spray towards a crowd of individuals and PO Dominicci kneed [redacted] (Allegation G: Force, [redacted]; Allegation H: Force, [redacted]).
