On February 28, 2019, at approximately 6:58 PM, [redacted] appeared at the 44th Precinct stationhouse in the Bronx to pass custody of his [redacted]-old son, [redacted] to [redacted] mother, [redacted], and waited outside the front doors of the stationhouse.
Approximately thirty minutes later, [redacted] appeared behind the front doors of the stationhouse and [redacted] allowed [redacted] to enter the stationhouse. PO Azeez Quadri, PO Michael Samrato, PO James Ferrufino, and PO Jordan Nunez, all of the 44th Precinct, exited the stationhouse and approached [redacted]. [redacted] recorded the officers on his cell phone. PO Quadri stated, "Keep moving, you can keep recording bro. Get my good side, but keep moving." [redacted] responded, "Good side, I don't think you have one of those." PO Quadri stated, "Shut the fuck up bro. Keep it walking. You will not win this. You will not win this, keep it walking.
