On September 29, 2019, at approximately 4:35 a.m., [redacted] was inside [redacted] in Queens. Police Officers Edward Britch and Brian Hughes, both of the 114th Precinct, entered the apartment (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, exonerated). Inside the apartment, PO Britch and PO Hughes allegedly failed to provide their names and shield numbers to [redacted] upon her request (Allegations C through F: Abuse of Authority, unsubstantiated).
