On February 5, 2019, at approximately 7:19 p.m., PO Rainard Wroten, PO Nicole Longo, Sgt. Jason Guzman and PO Carlos Castillo, all of the 49th Precinct, responded to [redacted] in the Bronx in regards to the [redacted] dispute with their tenant [redacted]. Sgt. Guzman and PO Castillo entered [redacted] (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, Exonerated). Sgt. Guzman allegedly damaged the electrical switchboard located in the garage and searched the garage (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, Unsubstantiated; Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, Substantiated).
