On February 2, 2019, at approximately 4:23 p.m., [redacted] called Det. Curtis Cato of the 44th Precinct Detective Squad to follow up on the status of the criminal charges he filed against his common-law wife, [redacted]. Det. Cato allegedly accused [redacted] of screaming at him and hung up the call (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]). That same day, at approximately 5:00 p.m., [redacted] went to the 44th Precinct Stationhouse located at 2 East 169th Street in the Bronx. Det.
