[redacted] asked hotel security to call 911. PO Michael Falcon and PO Nicholas Kozlowski of the 18th Precinct responded to the scene. [redacted] informed the officers what happened and that he was gay, to which PO Falcon asked him if he had hired [redacted] as a prostitute, which [redacted] denied (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority; [redacted]). PO Falcon then allegedly informed [redacted] that if they discovered [redacted] had solicited [redacted] for sex, he would be arrested (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority; [redacted]).
