On March 9, 2019, at approximately 5:00 a.m., [redacted] parked his car in a crosswalk and picked up a friend from a nightclub. [redacted] drove away and Sergeant Robert Martinez, Police Officer Anthony Waite, and Police Officer Andre O'Hara, all from the 75th Precinct, pulled him over at Linden Boulevard and Schenck Avenue in Brooklyn.
