Summary

On March 1, 2019 at approximately 3:30PM, [redacted] called the main line at the 90th Precinct stationhouse and spoke to Police Officer Andrew Hong, of the 90th Precinct. [redacted] asked Police Officer Hong to transfer her to Sergeant Zandro Rojas, who is the 90th Precinct domestic violence sergeant. Police Officer Hong allegedly told [redacted] that Sgt. Hong was busy and that she should call back. [redacted] allegedly asked Police Officer Hong for his shield number; Police Officer Hong allegedly hung up the phone without providing the request (Allegation A- Abuse of Authority: Unsubstantiated, Allegation B- Discourtesy: [redacted]).
On May 4, 2019, Police Officer Hong was promoted to the rank of Sergeant; he continued to be assigned to the 90th Precinct. On May 13, 2019 at approximately 6:00PM, [redacted] spoke to Sgt. Hong. [redacted] asked to speak with Captain Timothy Skretch. Sgt. Hong allegedly stated that he was busy and hung up the phone on [redacted] (Allegation C- Discourtesy: [redacted]).
