On March 15, 2019, at approximately 8 p.m., [redacted] entered the N/Q/R subway station at West 42nd Street in Manhattan. Police Officer Marcus Delgado and Police Officer Taejin Bae, both of the Transit Borough Manhattan Task Force, stopped [redacted] (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
