On March 16, 2019, [redacted] and her boyfriend, [redacted] were asleep when Detective Carlos Segovia and officers from Queens South Gang Squad entered and searched their apartment at [redacted] in Queens (Allegations A-B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
