Summary

On March 22, 2019, at approximately 3:30pm, [redacted] went to the child psychiatry clinic at [redacted] in the Bronx, where her [redacted], [redacted] was attending a psychiatric therapy session. Hospital staff told [redacted] that [redacted] had said he was going to kill himself and needed to go to the hospital. Police Officer Tara Zambrano, and Police Officer Karolina Scott, both of the 52nd Precinct, responded.
