At approximately 3:38 p.m. on March 25, 2019, Police Officer Regina Labruzzo and Police Officer Christian Rojas of the 62nd Precinct responded to a 911 call from [redacted] about a cell phone he had found under the tire of his car in the front yard of his house at [redacted] in Brooklyn.
