Summary

On March 10, 2019, at approximately 9:24 a.m., [redacted] an employee of a residence located at [redacted] in Brooklyn, [redacted] called 911 regarding [redacted] physically and verbally threatening staff. Police Officer Breanna Depasquale, Police Officer Blake Taylor, Police Officer Danny Luo, Police Officer Adeola Seidigbamuse, Police Officer Shawn Wilson, and Police Officer Richard Weaver, all of the 71st Precinct, responded. PO Depasquale used a taser against [redacted] (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). PO Taylor used a hand strike and foot strike against [redacted] (Allegations B and I: Force, [redacted]), and all of the aforementioned officers used a forcible takedown (Allegations C-G: Force, [redacted]). PO Taylor allegedly "stomped" on [redacted]'s head (Allegation H: Force, [redacted]). PO Weaver also participated in the forcible takedown and asked [redacted] "What the fuck are you doing?"
