On April 16, 2019, at approximately 6:45 a.m., Detective Jaime Rosado of the Warrant Section's Regional Fugitive Task Force arrived at [redacted] in Brooklyn. [redacted] and [redacted] were present inside the apartment. Det. Rosado was accompanied by Detective Brian Ilund, Detective Miguel Nunez, and Detective Joseph Viggiano, also of the Regional Fugitive Task Force. Det.
