On April 20, 2019, at approximately 10 a.m., Sergeant Teara Wilson, Police Officer Fouger Rene, Police Officer David Rodriguez, Police Officer Nicole Cornand, Police Officer Kurt Liebe, Police Officer Joseph Delligatti, and Police Officer Michael Robbins, all of the 115th Precinct, responded to a call regarding an escaped patient from the [redacted]. Sgt. Wilson entered and searched [redacted] in Queens (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, exonerated). Sgt.
