At approximately 12:30 a.m. on February 02, 2019, Police Officer Juan Guzman and Police Officer Noelle Miglino, both of the 68th Precinct, stopped [redacted] car in the vicinity of 7th Avenue and 70th Street in Brooklyn (Allegation A and Allegation B: Abuse of Authority: Vehicle Stop: [redacted]). They approached the car and then asked [redacted] to step out of the car, which he did.
