On April 24, 2019, at 5:00 p.m., [redacted] observed an individual harassing passerby in support of President Trump in front of Trump Tower, located at 725 5th Avenue in Manhattan. [redacted] reported the incident to Police Officer Kevin McCaffrey and Police Officer Matthew Hunsucker of the Critical Response Command, who were stationed outside Trump Tower.
