At approximately 4:35 p.m. on April 19, 2019, [redacted] was driving his car when Police Officer Thomas DiCamillo and Police Officer Inna Miroshnyk of the 78th Precinct stopped him at the intersection of 3rd Avenue and 3rd Street in Brooklyn. Police Officer DiCamillo issued [redacted] two summonses, one each for the tints on the vehicle's front and rear-driver's side windows (Board Review 01).
