On May 21, 2019, at approximately 9:00 a.m., [redacted] rode her bicycle south on Park Row just southeast of Worth Street in Manhattan. There was a security booth with the gate open and a police car parked perpendicular to the road. As [redacted] rode past the booth, the police car, operated by Police Officer Ryan Bonti, backed up and she had to swerve out of the way. She approached the police car and spoke with PO Bonti. After a brief exchange, PO Bonti began to back up his car again and his right-side mirror hit [redacted]s arm (Allegation A: Force - Vehicle, [redacted]). [redacted] then rode away on her bicycle.
