On May 24, 2019, at approximately 2:20 a.m., [redacted] drove alone in the vicinity of [redacted] in the Bronx when he was pulled over by PO Merita Hoxha and PO Dennis Vargas of the 42nd Precinct (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). PO Hoxha ordered [redacted] out of the vehicle and frisked him (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). PO Hoxha searched throughout [redacted] vehicle, under the hood, and in the trunk (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). PO Hoxha returned [redacted] identification. She and PO Vargas left without further incident. [redacted] was not arrested or summonsed.
