On May 20, 2019, at about 11:30 p.m., [redacted] was driving near 11th Avenue and West 40th Street in Manhattan. [redacted] was stopped by PO Christopher Weigand and PO Fidel Hernandez of the Citywide Traffic Task Force. [redacted] was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. PO Hernandez searched [redacted] vehicle (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
