On May 14, 2019, at approximately 9:30 p.m., [redacted] and CV1 were driving in a rented U-Haul truck in the area of Clinton Avenue and East Tremont Avenue in the Bronx. Police Officer Dharlyn Vasquez and Sergeant Franklin Bonilla, both of the 48th Precinct, stopped the U-Haul (Allegation A and Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Vasquez asked if there were guns or weapons inside of the vehicle (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt.
