[redacted] spoke to Police Officer Dominick Abate of the 102nd Precinct at the stationhouse desk. [redacted] requested to file a complaint against Police Officer Mayo of the 102nd Precinct regarding a summons Police Officer Jeffrey Mayo issued [redacted].
