Summary

On June 7, 2019, at approximately 10:45 p.m., Sergeant Bryan Ortiz, Police Officer Tatiana Latorre, and Police Officer Robert Wichers, all of the 48th Precinct, stopped the vehicle in which [redacted] and [redacted] were occupants in front of 1882 Crotona Avenue in the Bronx for reckless driving.
