On June 11, 2019, at approximately 1:35 a.m., Police Officer Graig Thompson and Police Officer Gadaffi Bartholomew, both of the 26th Precinct, responded to a call for a disorderly person or group involving a cab driver and a passenger at 401 West 130th Street in Manhattan. [redacted] and her friend, [redacted] informed the officers that they wanted to file a complaint against their UBER driver for an interaction that happened during their UBER ride. During this conversation, the officer in the driver's seat of the police car, Police Officer Graig Thompson, allegedly stated to [redacted] "What if it was your boyfriend touching you, would you have told him to stop or would you just sit there?" or "If your boyfriend was touching you and you didn't want him to do it, would you tell him to stop or let him do it?"
