On June 8, 2019, at approximately 2:55 a.m., [redacted] allowed an acquaintance, [redacted] to host her birthday party at his residence, located at [redacted] in Brooklyn. Sergeant Michael Cozier, of the 67th Precinct, and additional officers from the 67th Precinct, entered and searched [redacted]'s residence (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt.
