On May 9, 2019, [redacted] was at his residence at [redacted] in Brooklyn when he and his cousin, [redacted] started an argument over his tenancy in the apartment. [redacted] called 911 and PO Mariangela Graffagnino and PO Yevhen Bizhko, both of the 71st Precinct, arrived at the location. After a brief discussion with [redacted] at the door, PO Graffagnino and PO Bizhko stepped into the front vestibule of the apartment to place him under arrest (Allegation A- Abuse of Authority-[redacted]; Allegation B- Abuse of Authority-[redacted]).
