On June 16, 2019, at 5:30 p.m., [redacted] was driving his car with three passengers, [redacted] and [redacted] when, at the intersection of Baychester Avenue and Givan Avenue in the Bronx, his vehicle was involved in a traffic accident with a police vehicle, which was occupied by PO Christian Doherty and PO Michael Coiro of the 47th Precinct.
