Summary

On June 20, 2019, at approximately 11:41 a.m., [redacted] was arrested in the mezzanine area of the Uptown (6) train Canal Street subway station in Manhattan, for unauthorized sale of farecard swipes, forgery in the second degree, possession of forged instrument in the second degree, resisting arrest, and obstructing governmental administration (BR 02). During this incident, PO Singh allegedly said to [redacted] "You are a fucking asshole. You broke my watch" (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted] PO Singh then slapped [redacted] on the back of his head with an opened palm, causing [redacted] to lose balance, stumble forward, and roll down the staircase he was standing on (Allegation B: Force, [redacted] As a result of the fall, [redacted] sustained two fractured ribs.
