On June 30, 2019, at approximately 8:30 a.m., [redacted] went the 122nd Precinct stationhouse to file a complaint against officers. [redacted] spoke to an officer at the stationhouse and requested to take a complaint form home with him. The officer replied that [redacted] needed to make his complaint at the 122nd Precinct stationhouse and could not take it home. [redacted] asked to speak with the officer's supervisor. Sgt. Kimberly McKnight, the supervisor, allegedly told [redacted] that he could not take the complaint form home with him and that he needed to make his complaint at the stationhouse.
