On July 4, 2019, at approximately 11 p.m., [redacted] was at a cookout in the vicinity of [redacted] in Manhattan to celebrate the Fourth of July with a large group of people, including [redacted] and [redacted]. Numerous officers, including Captain Neil Zuber, Detective Daniel Wadolowski, and Police Officer Ellen Usher, all of the 32nd Precinct, arrived at the location in response to a 10-13 radio run (officer needs assistance).
