On July 6, 2019, at approximately 4:03 p.m., Police Officer Thomas Martilla and Police Officer Shahel Miah, both of the 24th Precinct, conducted a traffic stop of [redacted]s vehicle on West 95th Street between Riverside Drive and West End Avenue in Manhattan. PO Martilla and PO Miah detained [redacted] (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
