Summary

On June 27, 2019, at approximately 4:00 PM, he went to the 122nd Precinct stationhouse to file a criminal complaint. Detective James Mcglyn, assigned to the 122nd Precinct, said, "I can't believe this fucking guy" in reference to [redacted] (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted] left the stationhouse to gather evidence for his criminal complaint and returned at 6:00 PM. When [redacted] returned to the stationhouse, he attempted to show the evidence to Police Officer Christine Basile.
