Summary

On February 1, 2019, at approximately 8:30 AM, [redacted] was terminated from his employment [redacted]. A manager told [redacted] to return his work identification. [redacted] began to leave [redacted] without returning his work identification. [redacted] security guards and Lt. Salvatore Mannino, of Transit Bureau District 33, followed [redacted] to the hospital's main lobby. Lt.
