On July 24, 2019, at approximately 7:20 a.m., Detective David Hudgens, Police Officer Randy Chow, and Detective Piero Lasaponara of the Warrant Squad arrived outside of [redacted]'s apartment at [redacted] in Brooklyn. At the time no one was present inside [redacted]'s apartment.
